Oatmeal Raisin Cookies
Five generously sized, rustic oatmeal raisin cookies, rich with oats and plump raisins.
The Full Batch
Every batch mixed by hand, baked in small trays, and shared the same day it's made — nothing mass-produced, nothing rushed.

Our Manifesto
No shortcuts, no preservatives, no giant batches. Just butter, flour, and a little bit of patience — the way baking was meant to be, before it became an industry.

Sun-ripened & plump
64% dark, small-batch melted

Whole pods, hand-scraped
Coarse, caramel-toned

The Method
Butter and sugar creamed by hand until pale and fluffy, one bowl at a time.
Dough portioned generously and rolled into rustic, uneven rounds — imperfect on purpose.
Small trays, slow ovens. Each batch watched, never rushed on a timer.
Rested on the rack till just warm, then boxed the same day it's baked.
Small Batch, Est. Today
We cap our batches on purpose — small enough to taste every ingredient, honest enough to never need a shortcut.
